Executive leadership

IAM, Jordan Woldenberg

Chief Executive Officer

Jordan Woldenberg is Chief Executive Officer of IAM, where he leads the creation, capitalization, and scaling of operating companies built around talent intellectual property.

Jordan brings an institutional capital markets background to a category that has historically lacked one. He began his career in investment banking at Guggenheim Partners, advising on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and strategic transactions. That work gave him a direct view of how enterprise value is created, underwritten, and realized at exit. He then moved to the investing side at JVP, where he evaluated and supported venture-backed companies from the investor’s chair, with an eye for which models scale and which founders and partners can execute.

That combination is the foundation of his leadership at IAM. He has sat on both sides of the table: advising companies on how to raise capital and transact, and allocating capital into companies expected to grow. He understands what investors diligence, how ownership is structured to align incentives, and what separates a durable business from a well-marketed campaign. At IAM, that means structuring talent partnerships as true ownership positions, with clear governance, aligned economics, and credible paths to enterprise value, and presenting each venture to institutional capital with the rigor investors expect.

Jordan’s training in healthcare-adjacent science sharpens that approach. He holds dual degrees from the University of Pennsylvania: a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology. The pairing of financial discipline and scientific literacy suits IAM’s focus on healthcare ventures, where clinical credibility, regulatory structure, and recurring-revenue economics determine whether a business endures.

Core strengths as CEO

Capital formation and investor credibility. Experience across equity capital markets and venture investing positions him to lead raises, manage investor relationships, and speak the language of growth equity, family offices, and strategic acquirers.

Transaction and structuring expertise. M&A and advisory experience informs how IAM structures equity, governance, vesting, and exit rights with talent and infrastructure partners.

Enterprise-value orientation. He evaluates every opportunity by the durable business it can become, not the near-term revenue it can generate.

Diligence-ready operating discipline. He brings the analytical rigor to build ventures that withstand scrutiny from boards, investors, and corporate development teams.

Healthcare fluency. His scientific and financial training supports IAM’s model of pairing talent trust with clinical infrastructure partners to build subscription-based healthcare companies.
