Katherine Pineda brings a decade of financial leadership in major capital projects. As Controller at Terra Group, she manages budgets, cash flow, and lender relationships behind major real estate development, with GAAP-compliant reporting and audit oversight. Earlier, as Accounting Manager at Hoffman & Associates, she directed project accounting for The Wharf Phase 2, a $3.6 billion waterfront redevelopment and, to date, DC's largest loan, leading monthly lender draws and modernizing the company's accounting systems.
As CFO, Katherine oversees financial controls and investor reporting for IAM's owner-operated companies. She also brings experience developing and mentoring finance teams.
